Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University is formerly known as Marathwada University and BAMU in short form. The University is located in Aurangabad district. The University was formed on 23rd August 1958. The University has more than 1 lakh registered candidates studying in total 404 BAMU affiliated colleges.
